With a nod to the Big Bison that roam our Manitoba plains, Fort Garry Brewing introduces Big Bison ESB – a medium-full bodied English Extra Special Bitter. Brewed with English Marris Otter Pale, 2 Row, Dark Crystal Malts and English Golding hops. this ESB is expertly crafted to balance the richness of the malts with 45 IBU's of bitterness from 3 hop additions. The result is a wonderfully malty ale with a slight bitter finish.
