St.Jakobus is a heller bock that is very different from the other heller bocks in Bäyern. Unfiltered and full of flavor, this is a bier not to be missed. Thsi bier is not bottled and only available at the brewery.

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is malts, some fudge and some mild sweetness. Flavour is sweet malty with also some mild butterscotch as well as herbs.

St.Jakobus is THE heller bock in the München area., and a stand out in all of Bäyern. Strong on malz and hefe, this is an unfiltered delight of a heller bock. The flavor is BIER in all respects. A München classic, that is not a common stop on most folks list of biergartens. Closed mondays. Real bock in liter mugs, go here first! Took some locals to Perlach on the 3rd of Juli, we got wasted on great brew. Always a bit different, always one of or THE best biers in Munchen!
