Pours rich coffee brown with a very thick and rather persistent frothy tan head. Aroma has roast malt, molasses, mocha, and subtle nutty tones. Flavor has broad strokes of roast malt, coffee, semi-sweet chocolate, and molasses with nutty and hay hints. Texture has OK body and some good fizz. Give a hoot!
