Comes out of the tap a luscious opaque sable with a good tan head. Aroma has an overtone of bourbon - no surprise there - but this does not drown out the roast malt, coffee and molasses notes. Flavor has bourbon, roast malt, nutty, coffee and chocolate notes. Texture is a it thin for a stout, but has good fizz and leaves a smoky malt and molasses finish. Definitely worthy.
