A well-structured, Czech style pilsner, Torch is strong in alcohol with a rich, full finish. Good mouth feel and well-balanced Czech Saaz hops ensure that Torch is not your typical pilsner.

Comes out of the bottle a strong, bubbly solar yellow with a fairly thick white head. For a pilsner, I say that's good. Aroma is fairly strong, malty and yeasty with a hint of apple. Crisp, malty flavor has yeasty and bitter hoppy notes, a little hoppier than most pilses I have sampled. Texture is fairly fizzy, though it has about average body. At least it's not watery. A decent pils. This is not my favorite style, but I'll try just about any craft beer.

Pours a clear light yellow with a smallish white head and little lacing. Slightly sweet malts with a nice hops aroma. Slightly hoppy with a bit of sweetness. Decent Pils.

A golden color with a rather large head. A nice malty aroma with some grass and lemons. The flavor is rather crisp with a malt presence and citrus. Overall not much to this beer but it worked well in 100 degree heat.
