Oh, sour delight! Fresh blueberry purée and citrus lemon verbena create wonderful buoyancy in this fruited sour. Bright bubbles float above the luscious magenta body of velvety blueberries ablaze with the unique tart Gamay and curious Pinot Noir notes unique to the profile of blueberry skins. Floral lemon verbena swirls throughout with whispers of lemony citrus adding brief acidic quips on the finish. Overall, the taste is fresh and fancy!

The beer pours a translucent red colour with a generous bubbly head which lasts a while and leaves some nice lacing. The aroma is tart berries, light yeast, and some weak bready malt notes. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, quite puckering and carbonation is average. The flavour is tart fruit, malty grains, and the finish is very tart with no real bitterness. -

Clean, light reddish colour with a big frothy white-pinkish head, decent stay and lots of foamy spots left. Beautiful fresh blueberry fruity nose at first, with some nice light hoppiness that comes out eventually. The taste is where the sourness comes out, and it comes out puckering. The blueberry juice is in the background, and lingers. Yep, this is quite a good blueberry sour!
