Amber colour, slightly hazy with a frothy light-beige head, decent retention and some foamy lacing. Apple aromas with some well-blended dark fruits. The taste has the same mild dark fruits with the apple notes that balance things. Hints of yeast and hops make the rest. I find this is a very drinkable Dubbel, as most from Belgium are quite rich and somewhat syrupy. No bad lingering in the mouth. Very well brewed.
