Bière blonde et troublée, aux notes d'agrumes mentholées. En bouche, le malt est léger comme l'amertume, le côté agrumeux de la verveine et du houblon cascade est trés persistant, la menthe arrive en fin de bouche et reste bien présente. Une bière de printemps, fleurie selon la tradition. Idéale pour les jours doux et ensoleillés qu'offre cette saison.

    330 ml bottle. Poured in the original Fleurac Bolleke goblet an unfiltered heavy cloudy amber-orange colored ale with a short one finger slightly beige foamy head that had a short retention. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is yeast, spicy, cloves, coriander, fruity, apricots, bananas and flowery, mint. The flavour is an explosion of fruits combined with huge yeast and a solid floral hoppy bitterness. This medium to full bodied ale has a lingering fruity and hoppy bitter finish. A very interesting beer with an explosion of flavours. Quite impressive !
