This is a pretty good wheat beer. It seems to be inconsistent though in taste. Most of the time is it is great, other times only so-so. I don't know if the glasses/taps aren't clean or what the problem is. I would definitely give Flat Branch a try if you are in Columbia, MO. They have many micro-brews to choose from.

In principle, honey wheat is a fantastic idea. Usually the execution is quite good, IMO. This was just too little of a good thing. Aroma of slight honey, and it looked extremely pale and thin...and it was...quite thin and dry and light. Honey flavor 'dominated' with some wheat on the swallow. This would have been better unfiltered, methinks.
