Wit means “white” and is pronounced “VIT.” This wheat beer is made with unmalted wheat and a special Belgian yeast strain that gives the beer a white cloudy appearance. The beer has a little extra spice from coriander and orange peel.

Dominated by the bubblegum, really and had some sort of beef jerky flavors that were totally unexpected. When served cold the cloves made a good stand and stood well with the vanilla before the craziness took over. Sorry, Flat Branch.
