A crisp and refreshing brew in the European Lager style. A Danish lager yeast was used to ferment this beer and impart its unique flavor characteristics. Lightly hopped with German Tettnang, Hersbrucker, and Czech Styrian Golding hops to add a subtle bitterness and light spicy flavor. Adjunct brewing is the use of rice or corn for a portion of the grain bill, which reduces the flavor imparted by the grains, thus allowing the yeast and hop flavors to dominate. Our version uses corn as an adjunct addition. The ABV is 4.0% and hop bitterness is 14 BU's, or bitterness units
