Flag Hill Farm is nestled high in the foothills of the Green Mountains where we have been making fine hard cyder for over a decade. Like the cyder that had its heyday in seventeenth century England, we make ours the old traditional way using unsprayed and ecologically-grown apples with no sulfites or other unnatural ingredients

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7
Bottled in 2002, No. 2180 of 3145... Poured a golden color with no head, and some white bubbles which managed to cling to the glass. Nice aroma of funky barnyard, brett and sweet apple as well. Initially sour and tart, followed by some sweet apple in the taste. This is certainly much better at room temperature, though overall the mouthfeel was thinner than I had hoped for.
