Bottle - pours a clear shimmering red-amber with a sticky off white cap that laces well. Light carbonation. Aroma is demure but distinct- sweet amber malts over spicy hops and a hint of fruit. Creamy mouth feel malty-fruity character, medium-light body. Flavour has hints of caramel, succulent fruit tones, spicy hopping and a solid malt back bone -. goes to a clean lightly bitter finish. This is a good example of a craft session bitter - I could tilt a few of these in a sitting - mild but flavourful, drinkable in the max!

Bomber from Martinway Plaza LCBO. Nice pour of clear copper under an average ivory head. Malt for the nose. Malty flavour, nothing remarkably good. Mouthfeel lacked body. Uneven finish. Overpriced.

Single bomber from the LCBO and my first from the Niagara College Teaching Brewery. Pours a clean amber colour with a light beige head, almost creamy, decent retention and some good lace. Aromas of watery caramel with hints of nuts. Medium-bodied with a little fiz, kind of a Perrier mouthfeel finish. A little sweet taste with some very mild hops in the finish, but all watered-down. An average bitter but with something a bit off... everywhere.

The beer pours a translucent cherry red colour with a thing light tan cap that lasts a while (which is surprising given the brewery). The aroma is light grains, caramel, and skunky hops. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is caramel, sweet grains, and metal. -
