Our original golden lager is the lightest of our beers. Smooth, light malt flavors combined with just enough hops for balance deliver a crisp and refreshing beer with a clean finish and no bitter aftertaste.

pours a hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation, with a very small white head that quickly died down, leaving lacing on the surface and a thin collar of bubbles around the edge of the glass. The aroma was light but consisted of biscuit malts, pale malts, and sweetness. The taste was similar to the aroma. The taste is mostly dominated by flavors of pale malts and has some sweetness and no bitterness is perceptible. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and has a moderate amount of carbonation.

Part of a mixed 6-pack at Albertsons in Vegas. Slight skunk at first pour, but I am ok with this. Becomes grainy after breathing, with mild honey notes. Very slight hazy golden colour with a white head and good sticky lace. Hints of peaches come out eventually in the nose. Kind of creamy mouthfeel. The taste is where it stops being good. Not bad, but the grain seems a little off with the flavours blending with the pils hops. Too bad, as this one started much better.

I've had this a bunch of times. Surprised I haven't reviewed it. The fireman brews have recently moved in as an alternative craft brewery, and it is a welcome addition. Pours a hazy, golden color. Crackers, citrus, and a hintt of grass. Head doesn't last long. A decent beer, refreshing, and clean finishing.
