Enjoyed by Caribbean pirates for centuries, bumboo was a liquor of rum, sugar, water and nutmeg. (It was a hell of a lot better than grog.) Just in time for Gasparilla, we’ve brewed our Bumboo Bock, an amber lager aged on dark spiced rum-soaked white oak. Bumboozling may ensue.
