Taps opaque peach with a fair vellum head. Aroma supplies tangy cherry, wheat and slight yeast notes. Flavor delivers sharply tart and a little sweet cherry atop wheat, malt and yeast. Texture produces nice body and lively fizz. Sorry, Sam Adams, but Fire Maker beats you by a kilometer.
