Pilsner is a classic lager style beer, cold fermented and matured slowly. Fierce Pilsner has spent over six weeks in tank, uses a traditional yeast strain and noble hops to develop a crisp, clean flavour profile with a little sweetness. Such a great beer, and gluten free, too. Suitable for vegans.

330 ml can, from the brewery webshop. ABV is 4.2%. Golden colour, large white head. Aroma of sweetish malts, floral hops and honey. Malty flavour, some sweetness, moderate herbal hops in the finish.
