ABOUT THE BEER This version of our award winning Very Big Moose has been aged in Bourbon Barrels. The American oak brings big vannillin flavours to what is already a flavour packed beer. Drinks well chilled or at room temp, but please store chilled. 440 ml can, edition 28.1, from the brewery webshop. ABV is 12.5%. Pitch black colour, moderate to small brown head. Distinct and boozy aroma of roast malts, bourbon whiskey, oak, vanillin / vanilla, cocoa / chocolate, coconut and cinnamon. Moderate carbonation. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements as the aroma. Low bitterness, a bit more would be a good idea. Warming throatfeel.
