Pours a very light golden colour with a fizzy head that disappears almost right away, like cider, but no - this is a blonde ale. Yeah, really looks like cider with no lacing, just carbonation. Almost smells like apples from the fruity malts with a sharp hop bitter feel in the background. The mild apple notes keep going in the taste with some very light grain finish. Nothing really offensive, but a really light brew.
