C'est What? (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
June 22, 2012
Ontario Craft Beer Week
The beer poured a translucent golden red with a thin white cap. The aroma was rye and weak pepper. The mouthfeel was medium bodied and mild carbonation. The flavour was grainly with weak peppery notes. Certainly not the same calibre as the Route d'Epices.
