La birra della sete. Solo malto chiaro, luppoli con profumi agrumati e rinfrescanti, lieviti dalle speziature balsamiche. Amara...con un equilibro gustativo dissetante e coraggioso. La prima cosa che si notta è la schiuma : prorompente, candida e di una pannosità quasi solida. Giallo paglierino con netti reflessi verdi brillante. Olfatto dominato da un fruttato agrumato che ricorda il pompelmo e il bergamotto. Al palato è molto leggera di corpo, con lievi iniziali note maltate che lasciano il campo ad un finale rinfrescante con un taglio amaro di discreta persistenza. E' una birra da aperitivo, ideale complemento di piatti delicati a base di verdure o carni bianche. Da provare con frutti di mare e pesce anche crudo. Birra ad alta fermentazione non pastorizzata rifermentata in bottiglia. Temperatura di servizio : 6 - 8 ° C.

330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Extraomnes snifter a slight gushing, unfiltered and cloudy golden-orange coloured Blonde with a generous three fingers slightly beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. Many sediments. The aroma is flowery and aromatic hops, roses, fresh juicy fruits, grapefruits, grapes, citrus. The flavour is a heavy grassy hoppy bitterness, fruity, grapefruits, grapes, citrus and spicy, cinnamom. The mouthfeel is light crispy, sparkling and strong bitter. This light bodied Blonde has a lingering fruity bitter finish. Quite powerful for a only 4.4 % ABV. Extremely refreshing and a superb bitterness. I like it !

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a big white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, mild yeast, spices and some maltyness. Flavour is sweet malts, some mild yeast, fruits and mild spicyness as well. Refreshing.
