Our White IPA is centered around big fruity hops, classic wit spices of orange peel and coriander, all fermented on our Belgian house yeast. Dry hopped and served fresh as an IPA should be.

The beer pours a slightly hazed dark gold with a short-lived thin rocky white head. The aroma is light wheat, light spices, baby powder (yes, I smell baby powder), and earthy hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is wheat, and the alcohol is certainly noticeable. The alcohol gives the beer a far more bitter flavour than I like to see in the ‘white IPA / hopped witbier’ realm.
