Just had to put on "Start Me Up" by the Stones while drinking this. Pours clear, bubbly amber with a thick, frothy eggshell head. Aroma is not strong, but presents tempting wheaty, fruity and yeasty tones. Flavor is plenty bolder, presenting lemon, wheat, ginger, and that must be saffron for a distinctive and enjoyable brew. Mouthfeel features fairly firm body and good fizz, with a ginger and lemon finish. Get one started!
