Very pale straw in color. Clarity ranges from clear to somewhat hazy. Large, dense, white head with poor retention. Tart apple fruitiness with a very dry finish. Balance dominated by sourness, but a light malt flavor.

Pours clear orange-topaz with lots of bubbles and a thick, if not long-lasting, parchment head. Aroma features tart citrus and tropical fruit, especially lime, plus crisp malt. Flavor has tart and sour fruity notes, mainly lime with other citrus and some tropical tones, on a malty foundation. Texture presents OK body and fair fizz. Have a lark in Grant Park.
