Starts off by pouring a clean golden colour but gets quite hazy in the end with an amber hue. White creamy head, decent stay and lacing. Cereal grain aromas with some light fruitiness. Fruity taste as well with some orange notes and the grain in the finish. No Saaz hops, but the permiant and brewers gold do blend well with the fruitiness. Maybe not a pilsner, but a good refreshing fruity organic brew.

Picked up a bottle at the brewpub. Pours an average size foamy white head but dissipates fairly quickly. Has a yellowish/golden appearance. Weak lacing. Aromas of toasty malts, wheats and grains. Flavours are sweet and light toasted malts, hints of caramel, herbal, some spices but faint. Also a bit wheaty, more in the finish. Lively carbonation. Medium bodied mouthfeel.
