    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

500 ml long neck bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Erlbacher " Prussian " Seidel, ( 400 ml ), a crystal clear and pale golden yellow coloured Pilsener with a two fingers almost white, fine and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is grassy hops, pale malts, straw and a barnyard touch. The flavour is pale sweety malts, grassy hops and spicy accents. The mouthfeel is quite thin and round. The texture is watery. This light bodied Pilsener has a dry hoppy bitter finish. Easy drinkable, this Erlbacher Pilsner, from the eponymous tiny brewery in Vogtland, Saxony, offers a pleasant bitterness.
