Slightly higher in alcohol content than traditional Wits, ours is traditionally brewed, using wheat, oats, authentic Belgian yeast, malts and just a sprinkle of hops. Spices include coriander, sweet and bitter orange peel and grains of paradise.

Sampled on 3/23/2011. This Witbier pours a light yellow gold color from a 22oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, spicy and yeasty. A light to medium bodied Witbier. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are herbal. Decent carbonation. Spicy, notes of coriander and orange peel, and some pepper. Very drinkable. Nice balance. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp, and a touch dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
