Whew...what a beer. Liquid dessert is more like it. I can't imagine how many calories were in this beauty but it's a stunning beer. A chocolatey, vanilla, scorched marshmallow aroma with a healthy dose of chocolate icing/cake mix thing going on. The flavor doesn't detract very far from the aroma, and it center's it's focus on the sweet factor. Not sure if it's cloyingly sweet, but it's sweet. Lots of lactose sweetness getting noticed. Almost like a chocolate ice cream sandwich that's been condensed into this beer. Chocolate, vanilla, caramalized sugar with just enough of roasted malt bitterness to notice. Whoa..
