This Seasonal Release beer pours a deep dark brown with a snow-white head. Aroma notes of Vanilla, Cinnamon and sweet milk hit the nose bringing up images of the delicious Mexican drink (Horchata) this beer is styled after. The beer hits the palate with Vanilla, sweet chocolate malts, and a hint of cinnamon; all with a medium body and a balancing hop bitterness. Enjoy this beer next to a roaring fire with your amigos in a cozy cabin after a long day of skiing the deep powder of the Rocky Mountains.

Elevation Señorita pours two fingers of light brown head. The head is dense and pillowy, but it drops off at a reasonably quick pace. The brew is pitch black. It is a sweet mixture of spices (cinnamon mostly), milky-sweet chocolate, lightly roasted coffee hints. The taste follows the smell pretty closely. A sweet, milk chocolate forward mixture of cinnamon spice, mildly roasted maltiness, and a touch of heat from the booze, the vanilla flavor is not overwhelming. This beer has a smooth feel with low carbonation levels.Overall this is an enjoyable porter. There is nothing mind-blowing here, but some good flavors nonetheless.
