500 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Einsiedler seidel a clear rich-burgundy coloured Schwarzes with a two fingers tan creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is moderate roasted and caramel malts, brown sugar. The flavour is roasted malts, ashes, molasses and faint grassy hops. The mouthfeel is slight crispy and quite thin. This light bodied Schwarzes has a dry toasted malts finish. An easy drinkable Schwarzbier.
