it's an amber-brown beer with some light of gold, the foam was thick, it smells malts smoky, in mouth it's sparkling , with some touch of malt and a good depth, fruits in shell, the aroma remains in the mouth, quite good.

500 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in an original Einsiedler glass krug a clear dark brown-red coloured Schwarzbier with a one finger tan foamy head that had a long retention. Active carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is mild toasted malts. The flavour is more complex, toasted malts, dried fruits, walnuts, dark fruits, plums, note of ashes. The mouthfeel is crispy, sparkling and quite smooth. This light to medium bodied Schwarzbier has a long toasty malty finish. An easy to drink and quite pleasant Schwarzbier from the Erzgebirge in the once Deutsche Demokratische Republik.
