19. juli 2014 var en historisk dag for Ego Brygghus. Denne dagen sniklanserte vi på Førtito Bar & Bowling, og solgte vår første øl. Batch #42 er dedikert til dem, og oppskriften er laget i samarbeid med Simon Feldt. Mostly Harmless er en Double IPA humlet med Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Simcoe og Tomahawk. Mye humle, men fortsatt ganske harmløs.…

On tap at Smelteverket, Oslo. Hazy amber with off-white head. Hoppy and fairly fruity aroma with notes of pine, hints of citrus and quite malty with notes of caramel. Sweet and hoppy with a decent bitterness. Tasty DIPA, but too much on the sweet side for my liking. Nice one still.
