Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 10 | Overall: 9

This beer had the appearance and taste like many wish brown ale to be like. It is a Bohemian black beer with a shade between brown ale and creamy stout, but it is a lager. The taste is a bit nutty and sweet, but not as sweet as Newcastle. It is not as heavy as you would think but still is creamy with a nice head that does not fade away. Taste is simply perfect.

Bottle. Rubyish amber colour with beige head. Aroma is syrup, toffee and some mild roasted notes. Flavour is roasted malts along with some mild coffee, smoked wood and a bit of hops. Also quite sweet. Big sweet caramel malty as well as roasted finish and aftertaste. Really pleasant schwarzbier.
