We craft Perfect Pear with two of Ontario's star pear varietals: Bosc and Bartlett Pears. Why? Because they are simply delicious on their own but after carefully perfecting the art of cider making, we found that life becomes even more magical when we blend them together. The result? We call it the Perfect Pear. Ingredients We use only 100% handpicked Ontario pears. Each pear is carefully selected from beautiful Winona County, 50 minutes west of Toronto, Ontario. We don't rely on machine harvesting: only our experience and knowledge of Mother Nature to guide us at harvest. Not all pears are created equal - many share similar properties but we their is beauty complimenting one pear varietal with another. We blend together Bosc pears to provide body and a smooth mouthfeel with Bartlett pears which add aroma and vibrancy. Cider Master Tasting Note Perfect Pear is a semi-dry, refreshing cider that's elegant and simply sublime. Invigorating citrus is followed by a short-burst of fresh pear fragrance that leaves you with a light & bright clean finish.

Pours a clean, very, very light yellow with a fizzy white cap that is gone fast. Weird aromas with some chemical notes, mild apple juice and alcohol. It almost has this hockey locker smell to it. It almost taste like wet sock juices. Thankfully the apples are there to balance things in the finish. It is fairly sweet, but not much lingers. In the end, it is fine.
