Docene, on tap at the brewpub. Poured an unfiltered pale amber colored beer with a two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a good retention. Good lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, herbal hops. The flavour is floral hops, sweet toasted malts, spicy, ginger, biscuits. The balance sweetness / bitterness is perfect. This light to medium bodied beer has a lingering bitter and moreish end. Superb ! Whaaoouu !!!
