Zenit is a pale 11 plato Czech Lager (Světlý Ležák) inspired by smaller Moravian breweries in the East of the Czech Republic that carry on the pristine Czech brewing tradition with a little more independence and rustic charm. Brewed with floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner malt and a dash of Munich malt - hopped with choice Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Layers of straw and cereal malt goodness are matched by a spicy and lively floral hop snap and a clean, citrus peel bitterness
