Enjoy this dry farmhouse beer with floral hop aroma, delicate bitterness, and a light biscuit malt undertone. Beautifully complex as a young beer to drink fresh or as time marches on look for more rustic barnyard depths of grass and leather bringing further complexity with age. 375 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.0%. Gusher bottle. Hazy orange colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of pale and biscuit malts, canned yellow plums and apricots, and spicy bière de garde yeast. Spicy and peppery flavour, medium dry, distinct herbal hops, hints of stewed plums.
