Sample from bottle, Copenhagen Beer Festival. Hazy brown colour. Fruity aroma with notes of mild spices. The smooth and mellow flavour has also notes of fresh and dried fruits and mild spices, with a decent maltiness, while it is very lightly hopped. Maybe not a "big" beer, but truly enjoyable to drink, and definitely one I will buy next Christmas if I can find it.

Pours out in a hazy dark reddish brown colour with a rich pale brown head. Rich aroma of sloe, red berries, salty licorice, cedar and caramel. Nearly full-bodied with notes of caramel, prunes, sloe, juniper, licorice and caramel. Rather bitter finish of grass and salty licorice with toouches of roasted malts and caramel.
