It really doesn't get much better than this. The Mariana Trench IPS is good enough on it's own, but adding some rum-barrel aging just brings it to another level. Pretty strong rum flavor, which gives it a decent alcohol bite. Adds to the aroma as well. Dark black appearance with a dark mocha head. Base flavors of chocolate, coffee, burnt sugar.....rum gives it an extra sweetness. Only had a small pour to sample while waiting for growler fills, but this is one that I must try gain some day.
