The deepest and darkest of them all, the Mariana Trench is only brewed twice a year. Big, bold and flavorful come together in a Due South snifter glass for the craft beer folks with the advanced palate. Proceed with caution. Interesting Fact: Named after the deepest part of the earth's oceans, the Mariana Trench will debut this fall. No human on earth has ever tasted this beer. Food Pairings: Large hunks of red meat.

Waited a year and a half for the release of this one. And it was a wait well worth it. Deep blackness in color. A modest light tan, frothy textured head rising above. There's decent hang time on the head. A thin ringlet and low lying dusting of film aside the glass are left. Big bold nose of roasted chocolate roast. More of that beautiful roastiness with a distinct alcohol presence mellowed by the creamy texture. So smooth. A beer of the first class
