750 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Du Der half-a-pint glass an unfiltered and hazy golden-orange coloured B A with a two fingers light beige, dense and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is caramel malts, earthy hops, juicy fruits, oranges, mandarins. The flavour is yeast, moderate malty, herbs, fruity, oranges, earthy hops with a resinous touch and honey notes. The mouthfeel is round, light aciditic and bitter. The texture is watery. This light bodied Belgian Ale has a long hoppy bitter finish. With only a 4.5 % ABV offers La Dervoise Blonde a lot of flavours.
