Holding These Alligators Down is a Dark Kolsch...but wait, what the f$%k is a Dark Kolsch? We whipped up a cross between a Table Stout and a Schwarzbier grain bill, fermented with our preferred Kolsch yeast. It's kind of like the best of all three: drinkable, slightly chocolate, extra smooth, and finishing with that classic Kolsch crispy/zippy finish. WOOOOOOOO!
