Our Julebryg features malted rye spiciness balanced against Ontario-grown Wild Turkey hop bitterness. This beer features fresh plum with hints of ginger, cardamom, pink peppercorn and orange zest. In other words, it tastes like Christmas in a Hans Christian Andersen story. God Jul!

On tap at Bowman's. Pours a fairly big frothy beige head and has a dark amber appearance. Some decent dirty lacing. Aromas of barley malts, some dry fruit notes, spices. Flavours are as in aroma, barley malts, plums, raisins, earthy and resin hop notes. Some hints of cinnamon and sweet notes. Very subtle ginger hints as well. Medium/full bodied mouthfeel. A little bit of a drying sensation on the palate. Nice smooth and warming brew.
