355 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat. ABV is 5%. Very pale yellow colour, pours very fizzy with a short-lived white head. Aroma of sour and tart aplles, hints of sulphites. Medium sweet and medium sour flavour, cider apples (sweet, sour and bitter), notes of malic acid.

lightly detectable hops and a light sweet and crisp apple on the nose. flavor is crisp and more tart than sweet. a little too light but otherwise pretty nice.

Poured almost clear with a fresh cider aroma. The carbonation level was excellent. Just right Good cider flavor taht was well balaned and refreshing. This would go well with turkey or pork.
