650 ml bottle, as Doc’s Draft Framboise Raspberry Hard Apple Cider, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Fermented with champagne yeast and malic acid. ABV is 5.5%. Peach to orange coloured cider, pours sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Aroma of ripe and over-ripe raspberries, apples in the background. Moderate carbonation in the mouth. Medium sweet flavour of raspberries and apples, hints of sulphites.

One of the cooler ciders ive had. Gently sweet aroma of fresh raspberry and apple. Pinkish color. Tart and sweet flavor makes the feel pop too. A nice change of pace fo sho.

pink color with soda like fizz. Aroma of slightly sour apple juice and perfumy raspberry. Sweet apple, juicy berry, and a fruit lambic like tartness balances well. Adequate carbonation smoothes out nicely after settling down. Good flavors, tasty finish, nice cider
