Mystikale er en overgæret rødbrun øl på 6.5 % brygget med inspiration fra danske såvel som skotske brygtraditioner. Mystikale er brygget med 6 forskellige krydderier, blandt andet lakridsrod og hyben, hvilket giver øllen en kompleks og spændende smag. Mystikale egner sig særdeles godt til eksempelvis det danske frokostbord og krydrede retter med fjerkræ, men klarer sig også smukt alene. Mystikale er filtreret men upasteuriseret.

    Bottled. Amber colour with small beige head. Aroma is hops, grass, a lot of spices. Very pleasant. Flavour is hops, spices, toffee and some mild herbal notes too. Wellbalanced brew. Mouthdrying palate.

    Clear reddish brown. Low white head. Sweet, herbal and spicy aroma of honey, cinnamon, salty licorice and wormwood. Spicy flavour of cardamonn, honey, licorice and grass. Medicinal finish of honey and wormwood.
