Lightly hazed, golden-amber with a slight off-white frothy head that stays a while and leaves some good foamy lacing. Beautiful, fresh berry aromas over the Belgian Tripel yeast, giving some mild spices (even pepper with time), and notes of honey do come out eventually. The apricots do lingers on the tongue. Flavours of cereal-spicy base Tripel with that touch of Sauvignon adding that raisin-wine feel. A tad sourness even comes out here. An interesting Tripel with lots going on, but all working well together.
