A style that does not technically exist, this is brewed like a session American Stout but with a large percentage of wheat malt in the grist, resulting in a 'wheat sout' with some residual malt sweetness and wheat characters balanced by high chocolate and roasted malt flavor and aroma, dry-roasted bitterness in the finish, medium body and assertive citrus hop bitterness, aroma and flavor.
