Bottle from the brewpub on my 2017 Quebec Beer Run. Pours a golden-orange colour with a warm creamy cap, good retention and some lower creamy lacing. Cereal grain aromas with some mild honey. With time, some light fresh herbal hops do come out over the fruity malts. The taste has this fruitiness of malts with hints of sweetness from the honey. Gets hazy at last pour with more of the citrus notes coming out. Mostly oranges. Well-blended hops in the background, not too strong. Not a bad honey Blonde Ale.
