This Blonde beer is the first product of Christophe Noyon, slightly bitter and delicately fruity, it has 6%, and obviously copies abbey beers. Brewed by infusion, its ancient-style manufacture respects the work of time. The malted barley and the hops release the best from themselves. The wort thus obtained, in contact with the yeast, by a subtle alchemy, is transformed into beer... The fine layer of yeast which settles in the bottom of the bottle is a sign of quality.

750 ml caged and corked bottle. Poured in a beer mug an unfiltered and hazy golden-yellow coloured BdG with a generous one finger almost white, fine, dense and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is powerful sweety malts, fruity, oranges, citrus and spicy notes. The flavour is yeasty, sweety malts, flowery tones, violets, roses, a spicy touch, peppery and notes of honey. The mouthfeel is creamy, quite thick and smooth. The texture is oily. This medium bodied BdG has a dry malty and bitter finish. Easy drinkable and well tasty, a pleasant Bière de Garde from the French North coast, between Calais and Boulogne.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is zesty, yeasty, wooden and mildly yeasty. Flavour is fruity, yeasty, wooden and also quite herbal. Wellbalanced brew, also quite refreshing.

Very hazy, almost cloudy pale golden colour with a rich white head. Lemony and yeasty aroma with notes of grass soap, and cellar. Dryish flavour of yeast and lemon-rind with touches of wet grass. Grassy hops, yeast and minerals in the finish. Refreshing and complex.
